Foodies & Fashionistas at Market
Our contributer, Kitsy Rose of Kitsy Rose PR with the scoop on a fun evening of Foodies & Fashionistas!
Foodies & Fashionistas was a yummy success this past Wednesday at the W Buckhead’s Market restaurant! Market provided mouth-watering snacks of watermelon paired with goat cheese skewers and passed tuna tartar, to name a few. Guests also enjoyed a complimentary blood-orange Bellini while they shopped fall fashions from local boutiques.
The entire team from Morningside’s Meringue was on-hand to debut dresses, jackets and knits. Emly Benham showed Prada, Jimmy Choo, Missoni and more. Lola’s Boutique (opening soon in Dunwoody) rolled in racks with dresses, blazers, and sweaters by favorite designers too. Vitesse eXchange rang up tees and dresses all night long.
Over 150 ladies shopped, sipped and snacked. A raffle benefitted Grady High School’s Urban Couture program. If you missed it — don’t fret, rumor has it another one will soon be in the works.

Rose’s expertise spanned from the corporate world – in managing national corporate branding programs, to her true passion: fashion, style and boutique clients. She is proud to support organizations such as Susan G. Komen and Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta and will happily dish on the best bites among Atlanta’s many restaurants. Rose graduated with a degree in journalism from the University of Alabama and studied abroad for additional education in Greece.
